PAYMENTS

  • We currently offer our Customers a variety of payment options, it's very important for us that our customers are as comfortable as possible when shopping with us, giving them the choice of selecting their most preferred payment option. Therefore, we currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. You also have the option to pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Orders

  • Just like Altering your order, you would need to contact us within a suitable time frame. In the instance of cancelling an order it needs to be done within 2 hours as well. Just send us an email at Team@industryofsweden.com 

  • We are able to alter any Order placed. within a respected time period of 2 hours. All you need to do is E-mail us at team@industryofswden.com. Your Email should include:

    Then we are able to alter any order to however you wish. 

  • We work with a few carriers; Royal Mail, Evri and DHL to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Below you can find out the duration of your delivery process. Also please be aware delivery prices will differ depending on your location and the class you choose. When at the checkout page you can choose from Economy Class or Express Class. 

    All orders to the UK will be shipped with Royal Mail (depending on which carrier service you choose) any European/International order will be shipped with DHL. 

    Standard UK Delivery (3 - 7 Working Days Days) 

    Delivery to Europe: (2 - 9 Working Days) 

    Express Worldwide: (1 - 2 Working Days)

returns

  • Refunds and Exchanges will be accepted, as long as the clothing is in the original condition it was in e.g. Unworn, Kept in the Original Packaging, including the tags. If we feel that the product is not eligible for a return the we have no choice but to send the item back to you and your refund will not be accepted. Please also note that any discounted items can not be accepted for a return or exchange, the only time an exception is made, is if there is a manufacturing fault, however we check every item thoroughly before shipping. If there has been a mistake with your order then please get in touch with us within 15 minutes of making the order then we can make alterations.   • Before processing a return, please contact help@industryofsweden.com to notify us that you are making a return. Please make sure that our Terms and Conditions have been applied to your return and that our return policy has been followed. If you need to brush up on our Policies then please check our Return Policy section. 

    Please make sure that the returning product is in the exact same condtion as you recived it in: Tags must not be cut off, Poly bag must be included as well as the tissue paper. check the Terms of Use for further information. 

Sizing

How do your sizing system work?

Due to the fact that our clothing is Unisex, the sizes run a little bit smaller than usual. Please refer to the Size Guide we have provided, if you're still unsure even after consulting with the Guide, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us! we will help as  much as we can! for an extra piece of mind, if you're unsatisfied with the sizing of fit of the product [ s. ] you have chosen, we will offer you either a full refund or quick and easy exchange [should the return rules have been followed. ]

Care Instructions

How should I care for my Items?

To maintain the quality of the digital print and the material itself, we recommend you wash the clothing at 40°. Please do not tumble dry. We also recommend you do not iron above the printing. A personal suggestion would be to Hand wash any clothing. this will sustain the amazing quality we produce, keeping the clothing nice and fresh. this will also increase the durability of the clothing. for further information please send us an E-Mail at help@industryofsweden.com
