The products marketed and sold via the Website are sold and invoiced by Industry of Sweden, a company organised under the laws of the United Kingdom. We strive to ensure that product images, descriptions, and specifications provided on our website are accurate and up to date. However, these are for informational purposes only. The actual appearance of products, including colors and sizes, may vary slightly depending on the display settings and capabilities of your device. Therefore, we do not guarantee that your screen will accurately reflect the exact product.
1.5 – Order Acceptance and Binding Agreement
A binding agreement between you and Industry of Sweden is formed only when we accept your order, either in full or in part. If your order is rejected for any reason, we will notify you without undue delay.

2.1 – Placing an Order
Products can be ordered by completing the checkout process on our website. Once your order has been placed, Industry of Sweden will confirm receipt by sending an order confirmation email to the address provided during checkout (“Order Confirmation”). The Order Confirmation will include details of the purchased products, shipping costs, a PDF copy of the applicable version of these Terms, and a summary of your right of withdrawal.
2.2 – Incorrect Information
If you notice any errors or incorrect information in your Order Confirmation, you must notify us immediately. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
2.3 – Order Rejection and Unavailability
We reserve the right not to process any order that is incomplete, incorrect, or includes products that are no longer available. If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you by email and explain the reason for the cancellation. If your order includes a product that is unavailable, you will be refunded the amount paid for that specific item without undue delay.
2.4 – Pre-Orders
By completing a pre-order, you agree to pay in advance for a product that is not yet in stock. When the product becomes available, we will ship it to you as soon as reasonably possible.

Please note that pre-order items may vary slightly from the final product delivered. These variations may include minor design details such as labels, stitching, or drawstring finishes. These differences do not affect the overall quality or functionality of the product.

4.2 – Estimated Delivery Times
Any delivery times displayed on the Website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and shipping service used.
4.3 – Receipt and Inspection of Delivery
Upon delivery, you are required to inspect the package to ensure that:
The packaging is intact, unaltered, and not damaged or wet
The contents match your order and the details provided in the Order Confirmation email
4.4 – Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If you detect any issues such as:
Damage to the packaging or product
Missing items
Incorrect products received
You must notify us immediately by contacting help@industryofsweden.com. Once notified, Industry of Sweden will assess the issue and take the appropriate action, which may include a replacement, refund, or further investigation.

5.1 – Legal Right of Withdrawal
As a Consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty. This right may be exercised within fifteen (15) days from the date you received your order (i.e., the day the products are delivered to you or to a third party you designated).
5.2 – How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at team@industryofsweden.com, stating the following:
Your order number
The product(s) you wish to return
Your full name and delivery address
A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract

5.3 – Return Deadline
Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the product(s) to us within fifteen (15) daysfrom the date of your withdrawal notice. The return will only be considered valid if the items are returned within this time frame.
5.4 – Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging, including:
Any original boxes or protective packaging
Tags, labels, accessories, and documentation (if applicable)
Returns that do not meet these criteria may result in a denial of the refund.
5.5 – Return Shipping Responsibilities
You are responsible for organizing and covering the return shipping costs. Please also be aware that returns are made at your own risk. Industry of Sweden is not liable for returned items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. We strongly advise using a tracked and insured shipping method.
5.6 – Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the full amount of the returned products, provided they meet the return conditions.
Refunds may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Please note: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
You will be notified via email when your return has been received and processed.
5.7 – Invalid Returns
If the returned item(s) do not comply with the original condition requirements (e.g., tags removed, missing packaging, signs of wear or damage), your right of withdrawal will be void. In such cases, the item(s) will be returned to you at your own expense, in the same condition in which we received them.
5.8 – Method of Refund
Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

6.1 – You have the right to return products with any defect or any manufactory faults. You also have the right to request that these products are repaired, replaced or refunded. Please send us an email at team@industryofsweden.com
6.2 – Please be aware that you must notify us of any defect within a reasonable time frame, from noticing the defect, but no longer than three (3) years from the date when you received the product. We recommend you let us know of any defects as soon as possible. At least one (1) month when the defect was noticed.
6.3 – to grant us the ability to investigate the defects of any products, we will request a description of the defect and how the defect occurred. You will also need to provide visual evidence of said defect. This could be requested in imagery or in video format.
6.4 – if you are to return any defective products, we will provide you with a prepaid return label that can be used for your return of the defective products. If you choose to reject the offer to use the prepaid label. Then you would need to arrange the return of the defective products (at your own cost) to

7.2 - All trademarks, brands, logos, internet addresses, product denominations, style names or derivations that describe any product, support of service or Industry of Sweden are registered trademarks and/or property of Industry of Sweden
7.3 - The use of these bread or any modifications are strictly prohibited

9.1 - These Terms may be amended from time to time due to new laws and regulations or other reasons. Any new Terms shall be effective as of the date of publication on the Website.
9.2 - For the avoidance of doubt, amendments will not affect orders confirmed by us prior to the effective date of new or amended terms and conditions.
9.3 - Please note that we do not undertake to archive historic versions of these Terms. As such, we recommend that you store and print a copy of these Terms at the time of each order via the Website.
